Welcome to my website. I will try to keep my website updated more often this semester. I am so excited to start a brand new semester. I am so proud of my students growth during the first semester.

We will be reading a short novel called White Fang for the next two weeks. I will not be sending a reader home during this time. However, I will send home other reading homework that will target TAKS related skills.

We will continue to study geometrical shapes during the next two weeks. We will also study fractions. This particular concept can be very hard for second graders. Please use any real-life situations to help your child understand this concept better.
