Students enrolled in the Scottish Rite Program are receiving direct instruction in alphabet skills, phonemic awareness, spelling, decoding, language skills, and reading comprehension.

They are encouraged to read at least 15 minutes every day. All students at North & South have been given a homework folder. Please check and initial when they have completed an activity. Thank you for being a partner in their learning. Students who do their homework and participate in class receive prizes every three weeks.

I am at North Elementary from 7:45-9:00 each morning. The rest of the day, I am at South Elementary. My conference period is 9:05-9:55. Please feel free to contact me during this time.
