Upcoming event: November 13 Thanksgiving Luncheon

The reading log is off to a great start. It's fantastic seeing your child's face light up when he/she comes to me and wants to show me what they read.


Please continue studying with your child their high frequency words. These are words your child should be able to read without sounding them out in any reading.

READING: This week we will be reading The Big Job and Sweet Potato Pie. Please continue reading and helping your child with his/her homework.

MATH: We will be learning about parts of a whole and telling time to the hour and half hour.

Science: We will be learning about characteristic of rocks.

Social Studies: We will be learning about United State and Texas symbols and the significance of them. We will also be learning how maps and globes are alike and different.

Your child's lunch time
will be 11:50 - 12:30 and my conference time is 1:45 - 2:30. Please feel free to contact me with any concerns or questions.
