It certainly spring! I'm sure everyone can feel it in the air! The children have so many activities and the weather is getting warmer and warmer!
We would like everyone to know that we are starting something a little different. We are sending the assignment sheet and homework for the week on Monday. This gives the students the chance to do the homework anytime during the week. I will take it up on Friday. They are to have everything done in the folder by the end of the week. Please send folders everyday. You may choose to do all of it in one night or spread it out during the week.
I would like to remind everyone of our weekly events. Every week we have a Selection Test on Thursday. The Selection Test will test the children on comprehension and vocabulary of the second story we read that week. Also, we have a math test, weekly.
In science we are studying about the ocean and all the many things that are in the ocean. The children seem to be very excited about studying the ocean.
