heat and eggs
  Mrs. Cory Boles

Science: How heat changes things--
Eggs!! We each got a chance to crack an egg. We looked at raw eggs-investigating the yolk and the whites.
After we each cracked an egg and observed the raw stage, we put them all in a pan to scramble.
While our eggs were scrambling, we put some more eggs in boiling water to see how the heat would change the inside of the egg. When our eggs were finished boiling, we peeled them and took turns holding the boiled eggs--the white part was slippery and when we cut through to the yolk, it was powdery!!! That's how heat can change things!!
Of course, after our eggs scrambled, many of us wanted to eat them!!Yum!! Science is so fun!
