My name is David Brownrigg and I teach both the Spanish and English components of the third grade Dual Language program. I earned my bachelor's degree in Spanish at Angelo State University. I am certified PK to Sixth grade and I have a Bilingual and an ESL endorsement.
This will be my sixth year in the district and with our Dual Language program. The students are doing great and did exceptionally well on the TAKS exam last year. My class and I are looking forward to the challenges of the new state exams and are gaining new knowledge everyday in English and Spanish. Our first Dual Language class is entering South Elementary this year and are well on their way to being bilingual, bicultural and biliterate.
This year will be great!!
