Summer letters went out on Friday, July 23rd. This letter contains the same summer band information and 2010-2011 calendar information that you received last May before school ended. If you did not receive the letter I do not have a current mailing address for you and you can download the information from the links below.

Please click on the downloads page (link at the top of this page) to view and print the handbooks for Beginner Band, J.H. Band, or High School Band.

2010 Timeline of Events for Beginner Band Recruitment and Registration.

1. Monday, May 3rd – Recruitment concert during school at South Elementary. (Sign-Up sheet will be available after concert)
2. Monday, May 3rd – Spring Concert / Open House performance at South Elementary Cafeteria @ 6pm (Sign-Up sheet will be available after concert)
3. Tuesday May 4th – Friday May 7th. Meet with students who signed up and place them on instruments. (Make appointments throughout the week.)
4. Tuesday, May 11th – Horn drive at the high school band hall from 4 pm – 7 pm. (or later if necessary.)
