Welcome to the the North Elementary CEI web page. The CEI lab focuses on ensuring each student learns phonics. Lessons are computer based but also include worksheets, reading with the facilitator and comprehension activities. The software allows for adjustments to be made for each student individually. It's like having a personal lesson plan for every student that attends.
The goal of our CEI Lab is for every child to be successful. Students earn stickers for perfect papers and a prize for every 5 stickers. By the number of stickers on the chart, I'd say we are well on our way to success! Thank you, CEI, for unlocking the potential for our students.
With the support of our teachers, principal, and district administration, our lab has been named "Exemplary Lab" for eight consecutive years by CEI. We are striving to make it nine! |
