During our study of the letter V, we learned about volcanoes. We used the internet to research volcanoes, and then we did an experiment with baking soda and vinegar to make a model of a volcano erupt.

We waited anxiously to see what would happen.

The vinegar really STUNK!

A chemical reaction between the vinegar and baking soda caused the volcano to 'erupt'!
