I have worked for Breckenridge ISD for the past 11 years. I have been the secretary here at North Elementary for the past five years. It is an ever changing and fulfilling position that keeps me in touch with students, parents, faculty, and the public. I am happily married to Tino Gonzales (23 years) and we have three sons: Zach, Tye, and Jacob who are all Breckenridge Buckaroos! Zach is 27 and has a daughter, Breanna who is 3 and a son Zachary who is 1. Tye is 24 and he and his wife Nikki have a son, Preston who is 3 and a daughter Kandyce, who is 2. Jacob is 21 and he and his fiance Stephanie, who is also a Breckenridge Buckaroo, have a newborn son, Jayton. While working for BISD I had the opportunity at night and during the summer break to obtain my Associate of Arts Degree at Cisco Junior College

Tye & Nikki Elkins, son Preston, and daughter Kandyce. Tye is a 2003 graduate of Breckenridge High School. He is currently serving in the Air Force and is stationed at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. As of April 2009, Tye is deployed in Afganistan and is leading his team on his base.
