Remember the school counselor is always someone you can go to for help. Here are some examples of when you might need to see the counselor.

1. When you have problems with a friend or family member.
2. If you are worried about a test or your school work.
3. When you are angry, and need a place to calm down.
4. When you have a question and you are afraid to ask someone else.
5. Any time you just need someone to listen to you.
6. When you have great news and want to share it.
